At ALIGNE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
